Κάνοντας πλήρη χρήση των υψηλής ποιότητας υλικών, σε συνδυασμό με γενναιόδωρα μεγάλη 132 x 64-pixel LCD που δίνει μια σαφή οθόνη των 5 γραμμών, εγγυάται πιο ομαλή εμπειρία του χρήστη, πολύ περισσότερες οπτικές πληροφορίες με μια ματιά, καθώς και χαρακτηριστικά HD ήχου. Δύο θύρες 10/100 Mbps δικτύου με ενσωματωμένο PoE είναι ιδανικές για εκτεταμένη χρήση του δικτύου. Η T21P υποστηρίζει δύο VoIP λογαριασμούς, απλές, ευέλικτες και ασφαλείς επιλογές εγκατάστασης, καθώς και υποστήριξη για το IPv6, Open VPN και ενα redundancy server.
