Το LiteON DS8A9SH είναι ένα εσωτερικό SLIM Dual Layer DVDR/RW με SATA interface και με ταχύτητα εγγραφής 8X, από την LiteON. Έχει δυνατότητα εγγραφής DVD±R, DVD±R DualLayer, DVD±RW, CDR/RW. Υποστηρίζει τις αποκλειστικές τεχνολογίες της LiteON:
1.Smart-Burn (για αποφυγή buffer under run λαθών),
2.Smart-X (για επίτευξη της βέλτιστης ταχύτητας στο data extraction από δίσκους CD-DA, VCD και DVD),
